Innovation and digital technologies are of ever-increasing relevance across all of our services. Our Technical Innovation and Development team researches and develops technical solutions that further improve our high quality service and deliverables.
We use automated tools to enhance project delivery and increase efficiency. We are also investigating applications for generative artificial intelligence (genAI) and other machine learning-assisted tools; we will consider incorporating these approaches once there is more clarity around the data processing and ownership aspects of these tools and the content they generate, and when we are happy that these tools can add genuine value over conventional approaches.
