Upon joining Costello Medical, you will have the opportunity to complete an optional health questionnaire where you can detail your health condition or disability and how it might affect you at work. Our People team will then support you in ensuring the appropriate reasonable adjustments are put in place; in some cases this can involve liaison with our external occupational health provider. There are a number of reasonable adjustments we can provide to employees and this varies depending on each person’s individual needs. This might include specialist software or equipment, changes to your workstation, additional support from line managers or similar.
